The RD1640 Lincrusta Border features a clean, understated embossed profile that adds a refined finishing touch to both traditional and contemporary interiors. Its simple linear design creates a subtle transition between wallcoverings, painted surfaces and decorative mouldings.

Lincrusta manufactures this border using its renowned linseed oil-based material. The durable surface retains its crisp embossed detail for many years. It also adds subtle architectural definition without overwhelming the surrounding décor.

Install the RD1640 Border around the top of walls, beneath cornices, above dado rails or to frame Lincrusta panels. It suits living rooms, dining rooms, hallways, staircases, bedrooms, hotels and commercial interiors.

The surface arrives ready for priming and painting. Finish it to match surrounding décor or choose contrasting colours and decorative paint effects to create a bespoke interior.

  • Lightweight products (Purotouch & Duropolymer): Flat-rate delivery charge applies. Orders over £500 qualify for free delivery.
  • Plaster products: Hand-delivered by our own driver. Delivery cost is based on distance from our workshop.
  • Samples & mitre boxes: Sent via parcel carrier or Royal Mail; charged at a lower rate than full plaster deliveries.
