1. Initial Enquiry & Quote

We review your enquiry, drawings, and images to understand the scope of work. Where required, we can arrange a site visit to assess the project in detail and provide an accurate quotation.

2. Preparation & Scheduling

Once approved, we schedule the works and confirm all details in advance. This includes access, materials, and any preparation required before installation begins.

3. Installation

Our experienced team carries out the installation using the correct methods for the product type, ensuring accurate alignment, clean joints, and a high-quality finish throughout.

4. Finishing & Inspection

All work is checked on completion to ensure it meets our standards. Any final making good is carried out, leaving the installation ready for decorating.

5. Aftercare

We provide guidance on painting and aftercare to ensure the best long-term result.

What We Need Before Installation

Simple preparation ensures a smooth, efficient installation.

Clear Access

The working area should ideally be cleared before installation. Where this isn’t possible, furniture must be moved away from walls and ceilings and properly covered to protect against dust and plaster splashes. Our team will use dust sheets and floor protection (including Correx where required).

Ceilings & Walls Prepared

Ideally, walls and ceilings should be freshly plastered and ready for installation. Where surfaces are painted, additional preparation may be required to ensure proper adhesion. Any existing cornice must be removed and the area made good prior to installation. We can carry out this work at additional cost if agreed in advance.

Electrical Work

Our team are not electricians and do not carry out electrical work. All wiring for ceiling roses or lighting features must be installed and safely isolated prior to our arrival.

Dry, Suitable Conditions

The property should be dry and free from excessive moisture to allow for proper adhesion and curing. While heating is not always essential, stable conditions will help achieve the best possible finish.

Access & Parking

Suitable access for materials and equipment is required. Please ensure parking arrangements are available where possible.

Project Information

Please provide as much information as possible when requesting a quote, including clear images of the areas involved. This allows us to assess the work accurately and avoid delays on site.
