1. Initial Enquiry & Assessment

We review your enquiry, drawings, and images to understand the scope of work. As all exterior mouldings are bespoke, we assess the building, proportions, and detailing to determine the most suitable approach.

2. Site Visit & Survey (If Required)

Where necessary, we carry out a site visit to take accurate measurements and assess access requirements, including scaffolding and installation conditions. This ensures everything is prepared correctly before manufacture begins.

3. Design & Manufacture

All exterior cornice and architectural mouldings are made to order. Components are produced to suit the property, ensuring correct scale, fit, and durability for external conditions.

4. Preparation & Scheduling

Once approved, we schedule the works and confirm all details in advance. This includes access, scaffolding (if required), site readiness, and coordination with other trades.

5. Installation

Our experienced team installs the mouldings using appropriate external fixing methods, ensuring secure fixing, accurate alignment, and a consistent finish across the façade.

6. Finishing & Inspection

All work is checked on completion to ensure it meets our standards. Final adjustments are carried out where required, leaving the installation ready for finishing or decoration.

7. Aftercare

We provide guidance on painting, sealing, and maintenance to ensure long-term performance in external conditions.

What We Need Before Exterior Installation

All of our external cornice and architectural mouldings are bespoke and made to order.
Each project is carefully assessed and produced specifically for the property, so correct preparation is essential to ensure an accurate fit and long-lasting result.

Simple preparation helps ensure a smooth, efficient installation and a high-quality external finish.

Access to Work Area

Safe and suitable access to the working area is essential. This may include scaffolding, towers, or clear ground access depending on the height and location of the installation. The surrounding area should be clear where possible to allow safe handling of bespoke components.

Structure & Substrate Ready

All fixing surfaces must be sound, secure, and suitable for installation. As all external mouldings are made to fit the property, accurate surfaces and completed structural elements are critical. Any unstable or uneven areas may require additional preparation before installation.

Weather & Site Conditions

Exterior installations are weather dependent. Work will be scheduled around suitable conditions to ensure proper adhesion and curing. The area should be reasonably dry and protected where possible during installation.

Other Trades Completed

Any structural work, rendering, roofing details, or first-fix elements that may affect the installation must be completed beforehand. As each component is bespoke, late changes on site can cause delays or require remanufacture.

Electrical & Services

Where exterior lighting or services are involved, all wiring must be installed and safely isolated prior to our arrival. Our team do not carry out electrical work.

Access & Parking

Suitable access for delivery vehicles, materials, and equipment is required. Please ensure parking arrangements are available where possible, particularly for larger bespoke items.

Project Information

Please provide as much detail as possible when requesting a quote, including drawings, dimensions, and clear images of the building. This allows us to accurately assess access, manufacture requirements, and installation methods.
