Every plaster archway we produce is made to order using your exact measurements. From your initial enquiry and design selection through to manufacture and optional installation, we carefully manage every stage to ensure a perfect fit, outstanding craftsmanship, and a high-quality finish.

We review your enquiry, photographs, measurements, and preferred arch design to understand your requirements. If you’re unsure which style is most suitable, we’re happy to recommend the best option based on your property and the opening.
2. Measurements & Site Visit (If Required)
Using the dimensions you provide, we prepare your quotation and manufacturing details. For more complex projects or where absolute accuracy is required, we can arrange a site visit or create templates to ensure a perfect fit.
3. Manufacturing Preparation
Once your design and dimensions have been agreed, we prepare the necessary moulds and production drawings. This ensures your bespoke plaster archway is manufactured accurately to your exact specification.
4. Workshop Production
Every plaster archway is handcrafted in our workshop using traditional fibrous plaster techniques. Each component is carefully cast, reinforced, and inspected before being prepared for delivery or installation.
