Measurements & Sizes
Approximate measurements are important for pricing and planning. However, where exact sizes are required, we can arrange a site visit or templating service to ensure complete accuracy.
Existing Mouldings (Matching Work)
If you require matching or replication, we will need a suitable section of the original moulding to work from. This allows us to create an accurate mould and achieve a consistent finish across the project.
Access for Moulding or Templating
In some cases, we will need access to the property to take a squeeze mould or create templates. This ensures the new plasterwork fits correctly and matches the existing detail precisely.
Lead Times & Production
All bespoke plaster mouldings are made to order in our workshop. Lead times vary depending on the complexity of the design and the quantity required; however, we will confirm this clearly at quotation stage.
Delivery & Installation
We supply bespoke plaster mouldings nationwide and also offer a full installation service where required. Please advise at enquiry stage if installation is needed so we can plan accordingly.

Our Bespoke Process
We follow a carefully managed process, from initial enquiry through to design, manufacture, and final installation. This ensures every bespoke plaster moulding meets our standards for accuracy, consistency, and finish.
1. Initial Enquiry & Assessment
We review your enquiry, images, and any drawings to fully understand the scope of work. For matching or restoration projects, we assess the existing detail and determine the most suitable method of replication.
2. Site Visit & Templating (If Required)
Where necessary, we arrange a site visit to take accurate measurements, create templates, or produce a squeeze mould from existing plasterwork. This step ensures a precise match and correct fit.
3. Mould Creation
We produce each mould in our workshop based on the agreed design or original detail. This stage is critical, as it forms the foundation for an accurate reproduction and a high-quality finish.
4. Workshop Production
Our craftsmen manufacture all bespoke plaster mouldings in-house using traditional methods. Each section is carefully cast, checked, and prepared before leaving the workshop.
5. Installation (If Required)
Our experienced team installs the finished mouldings using the correct techniques. As a result, we achieve accurate alignment, clean joints, and a seamless finish on site.
6. Finishing & Final Checks
We inspect all work on completion to ensure it meets our standards. In addition, we carry out any final making good so the installation is ready for decorating.
7. Aftercare
We provide clear guidance on painting and aftercare. This ensures your bespoke plaster mouldings maintain their appearance and performance over time.
